This January, Logo starts 2011 with a bold, glittered step into the new year by honoring the drag community with its third annual "National Drag History Month." This year's "National Drag History Month" will include the world premiere of "One Night Stand Up: Dragtastic NYC," drag-themed marathons and multiplatform content all leading up to the Monday, January 24th season premiere of "RuPaul's Drag Race."

Logo celebrates those who dared to be different (and fabulous at the same time) with a loving tribute to the brave, drag queens and kings who have contributed to our nation's rich cultural heritage. In anticipation of the return of "RuPaul's Drag Race," Logo will celebrate the achievements and heritage of drag icons from centuries past to today through on-air programming and bonus online content.

Throughout this important month, Logo will feature:

"One Night Stand Up: Dragtastic NYC" World Premieres Monday, January 17th at 10/9C. Following on the heels of last year's first ever, all-drag stand-up comedy showcase, this hour-long special features a new line-up of today's greatest drag stand-up comics starring Hedda Lettuce, Harmonica Sunbeam, Bianca Del Rio, Kelly Mantle, and hosted by Pandora Boxx ("RuPaul's Drag Race" Season Two, "RuPaul's Drag U" Season One).

"NewNowNext PopLab" at the Glammy Awards premieres Thursday, January 20th at 1/12C. This special edition of "NewNowNext PopLab" was taped live at the Glammy Awards, the awards show that celebrates New York City nightlife in all its glittery glory. Special appearances include Sherry Vine, Michael Musto and Sahara Davenport ("RuPaul's Drag Race" Season Two).

"Girls Will Be Girls" premieres Saturday, January 22nd at 9/8C. Hollywood's a drag. When Evie, Varla and Coco, three D-list actresses with ambition, attempt to make it big in "Tinsel Town," jealousies and betrayal come to light. While washed-up Evie Harris stages a grand comeback, the naive country girl Varla snags a coveted starring commercial role and the lonely Coco pines for the love of her doctor. Will wigs and glitter fly as these ladies navigate the murky waters of love, sex and show business? Featuring three legendary drag performers in the starring roles, "Girls Will Be Girls" takes outrageous to new, deranged heights

A new public service announcement featuring "RuPaul's Drag Race" champions Bebe Zahara Benet and Tyra Sanchez will show "you betta work" this January and celebrate drag history.

"Drag History Weekend Extravaganza" marathon begins Saturday, January 22nd at 11 a.m. ET/PT through January 23rd. "Gentlemen, start your engines" for a weekend of drag! Get your fix of glam and glitter with marathons of "RuPaul's Drag Race," "RuPaul's Drag U" and the Logo premiere of "Girls Will Be Girls."

LogoTV.com will showcase the best in drag queen short films and drag queen music videos that feature the drag community at their best (and most glamorous). Other videos include tips on how to get your drag look and confessions by celebs who love drag!
