Laura Benanti Guest Stars Tonight on ABC's LIFE ON MARS

Laura Benanti will guest star tonight on "Life on Mars", ABC 10 pm EST as rock sensation Sebastian Grace. The episode is titled, "Home Is Where You Hang Your Holster".

Laura Benanti's web site notes that "I will also be on ABC's "Life on Mars" on Wednesday February 18th at 10pm as "Denise Carling", wife of "Ray Carling" played by the incredible Michael Impereoli. I had such a fun time on their set. What a warm and welcoming group of people!"

Life on Mars is an American television series aired by ABC and co-produced by Kudos Film & Television, 20th Century Fox Television and ABC Studios, about a New York City homicide detective who suddenly finds himself inexplicably transported from 2008 to 1973. The series was adapted from the British series of the same name shown by the BBC.

The series debuted October 9, 2008 on ABC. Life on Mars airs Wednesday nights at 10:00PM Eastern/9:00PM Central following Lost.

Laura Benanti most recently starred in the title role of the Patti LuPone revival of Gypsy, for which she was honored with the Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award, and a Drama League nomination.
