LIVE with KELLY AND MICHAEL Ranks as #1 Syndicated Talker

During the week of August 12, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 Syndicated talk show in Households (2.5 rating), Total Viewers (3.331 million) and Women 25-54 (1.5 rating). In fact, "LIVE" has finished as the week's No. 1 talker in the key Women 25-54 demo for the 4th straight week and for the 8th time in the last 9 weeks.

"LIVE" soared over the year-ago week by 19% in Homes, by 27% in Total Viewers and by 50% with Women 25-54, growing year over year for the 8th consecutive week. In fact, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" delivered the largest year-to-year gains of any top-tier talk show in all three Nielsen measures.

Growing week to week by 7% among Women 25-54 (1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating), "LIVE" matched its highest rating in 5 weeks -- since the week of 7/8/13.
