During the week of April 8, 2013, "Katie" was TV's top freshman Syndicated talker, leading its nearest competition ("StEve Harvey") by double-digit margins in Households (+13% - 1.7 rating vs. 1.5 rating) and Total Viewers (+10% - 2.185 million vs. 1.994 million).

· Growing its overall audience for the 4th straight week, "Katie" hit a 5-week high with Total Viewers - since w/o 03/04/13. In addition, the show equaled its highest Women 25-54 number (0.9 rating) in 9 weeks - since w/o 2/04/13.

· On Monday's show (04/08/13 = 2.1 rating) with the exclusive "Mary Tyler Moore" reunion, "Katie" earned its highest Household rating for any telecast in 2 months - since 02/11/13.

· Out of 18 Syndicated talk shows on the market this season, freshman "Katie" ranks among in the top-tier across key measures: Households (No. 6 - 1.8 rating), Total Viewers (No. 6 - 2.393 million) and Women 25-54 (No. 6 - 1.0 rating). Overall "Katie" is the top new Syndicated talk show in 3 years - since "Dr. Oz" in 2009.

"Katie" is executive-produced by Katie Couric and Michael Morrison and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Co-executive producers are Kathy Samuels, Matt Strauss and Ethan Nelson and the program is directed by Joseph Terry.
