Hulu Recruits Chris Pine for Robert F. Kennedy Limited Series

Variety reports that Chris Pine is set to star in a Robert F. KENNEDY limited series for Hulu. He will also be the executive producer of the show. The limited series is based off of the BIOGRAPHY "Bobby Kennedy: The Making Of A Liberal Icon" by Larry Tye. Pine will take on the titular role.
Chris Pine has quickly become Hollywood's go-to star. He recently starred in the summer hit WONDER WOMAN, as well as the Oscar-nominated HELL OR HIGH WATER. He has also played Captain Kirk in the STAR TREK franchise. His next movie will be the Disney reboot of A WRINKLE IN TIME with Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon.
The Co-creator of Netflix hit BLOODLINE, Todd E. Kessler, will write and executive produce the limited series.
Hulu is no stranger to creating content about the Kennedy's. James Franco starred in 11.23.63, where he plays a man who travels back in time to stop the assignation of President John F. Kennedy.
A release date has not been announced at this time.
