ABC's Grey's Anatomy emerged as TV's #1 drama of the week in Adults 18-49 (4.5 rating), leapfrogging over CBS' NCIS to lead by 5-tenths of a rating point (4.0 rating) and increasing its advantage over Fox's The Following to 4-tenths of a rating point (4.1 rating) in the Live + 7 day numbers. Initially, in the Live + Same Day ratings, Grey's paced behind the CBS drama by 1-tenth of a rating point, while leading the FOX drama by a margin of 3-tenths of a rating point.
