Ed Asner to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at Sunscreen Film Festival in LA

The South Bay area of Los Angeles is hosting the West Coast edition of the Florida based Sunscreen Film Festival. Ed Asner will be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday October 12 th, 8PM at the Arclight Theater located at 831 South Nash Street, El Segundo, CA. Mr. Asner stars in the film Good Men screening at the festival.

"Mr. Asner has played a number of great characters in his long and storied career. He's highly respected and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank him and honor him at this first West Coast version of Sunscreen," commented Festival Director Tony Armer.

Good Men is directed by Brian Connors and also stars veteran actor Mark Rydell. Following the screening of Good Men and Mr. Asner's Award presentation will be the festival's Award's Ceremony and Party. A VIP or Day Pass is required.
