Cooking Channel hits the road with the series premiere of Eden Eats on Friday, August 17th at 10pmET/7pmPT, following food enthusiast Eden Grinshpan's gastronomic tour of local recipes and global cuisines in cities across America. The culinary journey continues with Best Thing on Sliced Bread, a one-hour special on Sunday, August 19th at 8pmET/5pmPT, chronicling TRoy Johnson's cross-country trip in search of the five best sandwiches in the U.S. Bobby Deen returns to the primetime line-up with a second season of Not My Mama's Meals on Wednesday, August 15th at 9pmET/6pmPT with a healthy serving of calorie-cutting alternatives of Southern-style comfort food.

Cooking Channel also heads overseas with Luke Nguyen's Greater Mekong on Saturday, August 11th at 12:30pmET/ 9:30amPT as Luke Nguyen travels across Southeast Asia in search of unique flavors, local specialties, and cooking traditions. SERIES PREMIERE

Eden Eats: Premiering Friday, August 17th at 10pm ET/7pm PT
World traveler and food enthusiast, Eden Grinshpan, takes viewers on a weeklyculinary adventure through the most unexpected U.S. cities serving up authentic global cuisine. Over the course of eight episodes, Eden visits a different city each week to discover original recipes and the incredible stories behind them. Whether she's at a Kenyan restaurant for lunch in Baltimore or enjoying a traditional Burmese meal in Honolulu, Eden brings her passion for people and adventure everywhere she goes.

Premiering Friday, August 17th at 10pm ET/7pm PT - "Nashville" - SERIES PREMIERE!
Eden kicks off her Nashville, Tenn., tour by stopping for a traditional Thai salad and some exercise, followed by a stop at a Somalian restaurant. She continues her journey with Bosnian cuisine and history while making a traditional stuffed onion dish for dinner. She then stops in for a late night drink, snack, and some dancing at an Irish pub, followed by an early morning baking session at a Kurdish Halal market. To finish her eating marathon, Eden visits a Ghanaian market for a traditional African experience.
Premiering Friday, August 24th at 10pm ET/7pm PT - "Tampa"
Tampa, Fla., is a city full of different cultures and cuisines, and Eden is ready to experience them all. She begins at a roti shop where she learns about traditional Trinidadian food. Next, she makes feijoada with a Brazilian family, apple strudel with a German baker, and helps prepare dinner at a Greek restaurant. After sunset Eden heads to Ybor City to check out the nightlife, where she picks up some fried pork and tries her hand at Cuban cigar rolling. She wraps up her tour with some late-night Colombian food. After 24 hours in Tampa, Eden's feet are sore, but her stomach is satisfied.

Bobby Deen helps his good friend Carrie Crowell plan a romantic and healthy dinner for her beau. They whip up Filet Mignon with Goat Cheese; Pancetta Pan Sauce; Bobby's Creamed Spinach; and It's Really Better than Sex Cupcakes.
