RIALTO CHATTER: Cheyenne Jackson '30 Rock' Bound?

Now here is an interesting tidbit: E! News is reporting that Broadway star Cheyenne Jackson may be joining the cast of the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning series "30 Rock" as a regularly recurring character or even potentially as a future permanent fixture.

This report comes just days after Tina Fey announced that Jane Krakowski's character would be getting a new love interest.  While there have been no formal announcements, what is known is that "a wonderful actor" is soon to be attached to the role, according to the shows' head writer.  Jackson fits that bill, as do so many others however.

NBC is remaining mum, saying only that "The show is not commenting on any castings. Sorry about that."

Yet, E! insists that an announcement is forthcoming as early as this week and that Jackson has already begun filming.  Granted, this is the news source that has been reporting an imminent Brangelina break up for years now, but one can always hope.
