CBS's 60 MINUTES Cracks Top 10 Four Weeks in a Row

For the fourth straight week, 60 MINUTES ranked among America's 10 most-watched primetime broadcasts, drawing an audience of 12.65 million viewers to finish at #8 on the Nielsen list. It was the fifth time in seven weeks that 60 MINUTES made the top 10.

The broadcast tied for #7 in households, scoring an 8.0/13, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 16.

The #1 news program also showed gains in key demos. Compared to last week, 60 MINUTES was up +5% in households, +4% in both adults 25-54 and viewers, and +13% in adults 18-49.

Sunday's 60 MINUTES featured Lesley Stahl's report on the depletion of groundwater across the world, Norah O'Donnell's interview of Cardinal Seán O'Malley, the Archbishop of Boston, and Bob Simon's profile of screen, stage and television star Mandy Patinkin.

CBS News Chairman Jeff Fager is the executive producer of 60 MINUTES, America's most-watched news program.
