Bluprint & TODAY Food Launch 'Weeknight Cooking' with Curtis Stone and Dylan Dreyer

Bluprint, the NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment subscription service and premier digital destination for lifestyle learning, today announced the launch of the latest installment of its digital cooking series in partnership with TODAY Food, "Weeknight Cooking", with esteemed restaurateur, New York Times best-selling author and television personality Curtis Stone (Top Chef/Top Chef Junior, Food Network). NBC weather anchor and meteorologist Dylan Dreyer joins Chef Curtis Stone for an interactive cooking experience, teaching viewers of all skill levels tips and tricks to make quick and tasty weeknight meals.

Available now, "Weeknight Cooking" features five lessons with easy-to-follow recipes and smart techniques for cooking during the busy work week, including One Roast - Two Meals, Taco Tuesday, Breakfast for Dinner, 20 Minutes or Less and 5-Ingredients or Less. Each episode will feature two recipes, one where Stone teaches Dreyer how to make a dish and then a second recipe of his own to finish the lesson. Stone covers his go-to strategies for whipping up delicious, family-friendly meals with ease and time saving tips for getting dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes.

"I'm thrilled to join TODAY Food and the talented roster of Bluprint experts and instructors," says Curtis Stone. "As a dad on-the-go balancing two rambunctious boys and two busy restaurants, I'm excited to share some of the tips that have worked well for me in my own home kitchen over the years. There are many ways to get creative and experiment while saving time in the kitchen, and I hope to inspire viewers of all skill levels with this series."

From extending leftovers throughout the week to leveraging a stocked pantry, "Weeknight Cooking" offers topics and recipes to make meals the whole family will love. With easy to follow recipes and content, the series will create a fun, immersive learning experience for users.

From now until October 12, food lovers - and creatives - can check out "Weeknight Cooking" for free on Bluprint as part of the company's Get Started Event. The event unlocks this content alongside thousands of other creative classes, projects and recipes to viewers on Bluprint free of charge or commitment.

"We're so excited to continue our collaboration and partnership with TODAY Food and have the talented Curtis Stone join the Bluprint family for this new series," said Patrick Jager, VP, Programming and Production, Bluprint. "We're always looking to give our engaged community of users new ways to grow and channel their creativity and learn from notable experts who inspire and provide helpful how-to content."

Curtis Stone began cooking in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia at the age of 18. After training in the Michelin starred kitchens of the notable Marco Pierre White in London and working his way up to Head Chef, he went on to establish his culinary career in the United States. Stone is a New York Times best-selling author and has appeared on the likes of Top Chef Masters, The TODAY Show, Rachael Ray, Ellen and more. Currently, Stone serves as head judge on Universal Kids' Top Chef Junior.

Bluprint is available for a monthly plan at $14.99/month, or an annual plan at $120/year. A seven-day free trial is currently available. For more information, please visit www.mybluprint.com.
