According to The Hollywood Reporter, Anne Heche's comedy pilot SAVE ME has received a series order from NBC. This marks the second pilot to be picked up by the network this season. It was recently announced that the Matthew Perry lead series 'Go On' will also be a mainstay on NBC's fall schedule.

SAVE ME, scripted by John Scott Sherpherd, will also feature actors Michael Landes and Alexandra Breckenridge. The single-camera series will tell the story of "Beth Harper (Heche) who, after an accident, starts to believe she is channeling God." Landes will portray Tom, her husband and manager of an upscale hotel. Breckenridge is set for the role of Carly, an unemployed high school student counselor who possesses a master’s degree in psychology. She is hired to work as the concierge at Tom’s hotel and winds up functioning as a therapist as well."

The show is from Sony Pictures Television, Original Film & Television, with Scott Winant directing and executive producing along with NeAl Moritz and Vivian Cannon.
