ABC News' NIGHTLINE Ranks No. 1 in All Key Target Demos for the Week of 10/16

ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in all key target demos: Total Viewers (1.530 million), Adults 25-54 (547,000) and Adults 18-49 (416,000) during the week of October 16, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. Winning the first four weeks of the 2017-18 season in Total Viewers, "Nightline" is delivering its best-ever competitive start to a season in the time period - since the beginning of the 2013-14 season.
"Nightline" posted gains over the previous week (1.404 million, 489,000 and 355,000, respectively, for w/o 10/9/17) in Total Viewers (+9%), Adults 25-54 (+12%) and Adults 18-49 (+17%), drawing its largest overall audience in 4 months - since w/o 6/5/17. "Nightline" improved on the year-ago week (1.439 million and 408,000, respectively, for w/o 10/10/16) in Total Viewers (+6%) and Adults 18-49 (+2%). "Nightline" had the No. 1 telecast during the week in Total Viewers (1.724 million), Adults 25-54 (629,000) and Adults 18-49 (463,000) with its Monday airing (10/16/17), outdrawing every telecast of the week of CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers."ABC's "Nightline" 1,530,000 547,000/0.5 416,000/0.3
