World Music Institute presents FLAMENCO LEGENDS: The Paco de Lucía Project, 10/14
Created by ten-time Latin Grammy winner Javier Limón, The Paco de Lucía Project reassembles the original band that toured with the legendary Flamenco guitarist for the last 10 years of his career.
From World Music Institute Artistic Director Par Neiburger: "World Music Institute has a very long and deep history of bringing flamenco to New York. This season we're excited to present a concert of the legendary musicians who were the last touring band for Paco de Lucía, arguably Spain's greatest exponent of Flamenco guitar. This event will be a fitting and magnificent tribute to one of the greatest Flamenco musicians to ever live."
