Sally Kellerman Plays Live at Vicky's of Santa Fe Tonight, 5/16

Fresh off Sold Out appearances at the Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA and Vitello's Jazz & Supper Club in Studio City, CA, the Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated celebrated actress, Sally Kellerman will return for a third appearance in the desert cities at Vicky's of Santa Fe in Indian Wells, CA.

Live From Vicky's 2012 Supper Club Lounge will close this season's Jazz Series with the presentation of Sally Kellerman LIVE! "A LITTLE JAZZ, A LITTLE BLUES, A LITTLE ROCK AND ROLL!" at Vicky's of Santa Fe; 45-100 Club Drive; Indian Wells, CA 92210 tonight, May 16, 2012. Kellerman will be accompanied by Ed Martel as Music Director and Pianist, Dick Weller on Drums and Lyman Medeiros on Bass.

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. includes no-host cocktails, followed by a specially planned Prix Fixe Dinner at 6:00p.m. The cost is $75 per person including tax, tip and entertainment. Sally Kellerman, who immortalized the role of Major Margaret "Hot Lips" O'Houlihan in Robert Altman's classic film, "M*A*S*H," has been singing since she was 18, when she received her first record contract with Verve Records. Kellerman's program on May 16th will include some new takes on familiar songs.

Sally Kellerman currently voices the role of Principal Stark on FX's animated half-hour comedy, "Unsupervised." She was born in Long Beach, CA to Edith Baine (nee Vaughn) and John Helm Kellerman. She attended Hollywood High School, where she was "bitten by the acting bug," and continued her studies at Los Angeles City College. She also studied at The Actors Studio in Los Angeles with Jeff Corey and famous classmates, including: Shirley Knight, Jack Nicholson, Robert Towne, Robert Blake, James Colburn and Roger Corman.<

The actress has amassed an impressive Résumé of hundreds of memorable feature film, television and theatre credits. She began her television career appearing on "Outer Limits." Other television appearances include roles on the Pilot Episode of "Star Trek" and in episodes of "Kraft Suspense Theatre" and "Bob Hope Presents The Chrysler Theatre." She has starred in "Back To School," opposite Rodney Dangerfield, "Big Blonde" and "Boynton Beach Club." Kellerman's film work includes starring roles in the movies the "Last of The Red Hot Lovers," "Slither," "Foxes" and "A Little Romance." She has been doing voiceover work for over 30 years for clients like Hidden Valley Salad Dressing and Milky Way, and everything in between.

The main source of her passion besides her family and film career is her love of music and singing, which she has been doing since she was a child. Under contract with Verve Records at the age of 18, Kellerman has been blessed with a signature voice and style as well as an uncanny ability to make a song her own.

She is married to renowned film producer and Renaissance man, Jonathan D. Krane. Kellerman adopted her sister's daughter, Claire, in the late 60's, and then she and Krane adopted twin children at birth, Jack and Hannah. Among her accolades, Kellerman was honored with the Art Gilmore Career Achievement Award presented by the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters. In addition to currently focusing on her burgeoning singing career, Kellerman is working on a book about her life and many experiences. Kellerman also contributes time and energy to numerous worthy causes including the Hereditary Disease Foundation, Jewish Family Services, AIDS Research and the environment.
