Gabba gabba hey! School is in session and Marky Ramone is head of the class! The Alamo Drafthouse has partnered with the Long Center for a once-in-a-lifetime pairing of punk rock's most iconic drummer, and the classic film that thrust The Ramones into the spotlight. It's rock, rock, rock, rock, Rock 'N' Roll High School! Tickets are on sale now and start at $29.

Dubbed "the second greatest rock and roll movie ever made," the cult classic Rock 'N' Roll High School follows a group of rock-music-loving students who, with the help of the Ramones, take over their school to combat its newly installed oppressive administration.

Join us before the film for a live introduction from Marky himself, and afterward there will be an extended conversation and Q&A about his entire life story, from playing with Dust when he was just a teenager to accepting the Ramones' Grammy for Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011.

Now, almost 41 years after The Ramones first formed in New York City, Marky Ramone is showing no signs of slowing down. He continues to tour the world with his band, Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg, featuring various lead vocalists - including Andrew W.K. - and this winter Simon & Schuster is releasing his memoir PUNK ROCK BLITZKRIEG: MY LIFE AS A RAMONE.

Join us for this incredible evening of rock and roll, and then continue enjoying the story with your own signed copy of his memoir included with your ticket!
