MØ's video for "Drum," her new hit single co-written with Charli XCX and Noonie Bao and produced by BloodPop, premieres today. Watch the video, which finds MØ reunited with director Georgia Hudson here.

"The video tells a story about moving forward and letting go of the past," says MØ, a.k.a. Karen Marie Ørsted. "Even though it sucks and we sometimes don't understand our own decisions-we have to go through with them in order to grow."
"It was great to reunite with Karen again," adds Hudson. "This was an opportunity to make something big and beautiful that could scream as loud as the track. She is the most phenomenal ball of energy-unrelenting, positive and entrancing-and probably the most charismatic performer I've worked with. I could have cut three videos out of all the insane performance footage she gave us, a true joy."
MØ will play select, very special North American dates this fall, including Terminal 5 in New York on December 3 and Washington, D.C.'s 9:30 Club December 6. MØ is set to play further U.S. shows, postponed from this year, next spring. See below for full details.
MØ recently appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" to perform "Final Song," watch it here. The track, co-written by Bao and produced by MNEK, has reached more than 235 million streams on Spotify worldwide and continues to climb the Global and U.S. Spotify charts.
"Final Song" is certified double platinum in Norway, platinum in Denmark and Australia, Gold in Germany, Sweden, Belgium and The Netherlands and Silver in the UK. The official music video has over 40 million views on YouTube, watch it here.
Hailing from Funen, Denmark, MØ is Karen Marie Ørsted. In 2014, she released her debut album, No Mythologies To Follow to great critical success. Pitchfork described MØ's voice as "a powerful and versatile tool comfortable expressing emotional turmoil as it is wearing a f-the-haters scowl," while Consequence of Sound said the album is "a polished pop package that boasts bite as well as her refreshingly charming magnetism." In 2015, MØ teamed up with Major Lazer to co-write and sing "Lean On," which is the most streamed song of all time on Spotify, peaked at #1 on Top 40 radio in the U.S. and has over 1 billion views on the official music video. She is also currently featured on Major Lazer's hit song, "Cold Water," with Justin Bieber. MØ's highly anticipated second album is due for release early next year.
