Greats from Jazz Foundation of America Shine on Pier 84 in Hudson River Park 7/6 and 8/3!

It's no exaggeration that Hudson River Park-New York City's Park for Play-is THE place to be this summer. From outdoor fitness classes and sunset salsa dancing, to sing-along movie nights and catch-and-release fishing, there is truly something for everyone at the Park from sunup to sundown.

NEW to the roster of summer activities this year is JAZZ AT PIER 84, where the swinging sounds of legendary artists from the Jazz Foundation of America will bring a welcome chill to sultry summer evenings. Located at W 44th Street in Hell's Kitchen, Pier 84 will come alive every first Thursday in July and August with legendary musicians from the Jazz Foundation of America-admission is completely FREE.

The next concert on July 6th features Art Baron, and August 3rd brings the Gregory Lewis Organ Monk Trio. All concerts take place at Hudson River Park's Pier 84 (West 44th St. and the Hudson River in Midtown) at 7 p.m.

For almost 30 years, JFA has provided help to jazz and blues musicians, with both direct assistance and opportunities to share their red-hot shows with fans of all ages. Don't miss this opportunity to hear these jazz masters riff by the river all summer long.
