Prepare your senses to go back to a time when massive ensembles ruled the American pop culture landscape. Currently performing with an 18 piece band (4 of which hail from Florida), The Glenn Miller band was considered by many to be the premier group of the Big Band era. The performance will include some of their prestigious big band classics such as; "In The Mood", "A String Of Pearls" and "Moonlight Serenade", mixed with modern additions all in keeping with the notorious Miller style.

Ten years after his death, The Glenn Miller story was released as a major motion movie in 1954, featuring Jimmy Stewart and June Allyson. Due to the popularity of the movie and the public demand, the Miller Estate authorized the creation of the present Glenn Miller Orchestra. The reformed orchestra performed its first concert on June 6, 1956 and has been touring the world ever since. This year the orchestra is celebrating its 57th year anniversary, with their exciting new musical director Nick Hilscher. Hilscher a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is a first rate singer of the American songbook. He recorded his first solo album back in 2002 (produced by Charlie Betini of Orlando, Florida).

Come experience for yourself the sensational Glenn Miller Orchestra, where fresh talent and bundles of energy await you.
