Escort's Adeline Michele Launches Solo Project & Reveals Brand New Single

Adeline Michèle, the Parisian-born front lady of Escort is launching a solo project with a brand new single called "Redo". The result of years of collaboration, the song is co-written and produced by DJ/Producer JKriv, a co-member of Escort and founder of labels Deep&Disco and Razor-N-Tape.

A modern take on 80's mid-tempo R&B, "Redo" is like Chaka Khan meets Holy Ghost! Blending a deep bass line with shimmering synth textures, the infectious hook really shines a light on Adeline's formidable vocals.

Adeline Michèle has been leading disco band Escort since the release of their first eponymous album in 2011. She has fearlessly fronted the band on the biggest stages in major festivals and sold out venues around the world with an incredible stage presence, funky moves and powerful vocals, often while playing bass at the same time.

In addition to her iconic performances and deep musicality, her chic and adventurous sense of style has turned heads as well. Her outstanding stage outfits have called the attention of numerous fashion magazines and bloggers such as Vogue, In Style, Refinery 29 among others, and have secured the "chameleon-French-Fashionista" at the top of all "most stylish musicians" lists.

Since September 2014, Adeline has been appearing daily on national TV as bass player and singer in the house band for NBC's The Meredith Vieira Show. The structure of the daytime talk show allows the band members to be more than musicians as they often operate as co-hosts of the show and lead segments related to fashion and more.

When the producers of Meredith Vieira Show decided to give the spotlight to Adeline and introduce her music to their audience, Adeline's solo career was launched on national TV with a live performance of "Redo" on Friday February 20th. Check out the performancehere.

While finishing up the highly-anticipated next Escort album, Adeline is preparing a solo EP with JKriv, aiming for a Spring release.
