Easton Corbin, Johnny Mathis and More Go on Sale This Friday at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts

Today, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (LBC) announced four new live music events to go on sale on Friday, November 3, days before the Center reopens its doors on Monday, November 6.

The performances include Mercury Nashville's Easton Corbin on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 8 p.m.; 3 Doors Down on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 8 p.m.; Johnny Mathis on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7 p.m.; and Jake Shimabukuro on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 8 p.m.

Until the box office reopens on November 6, tickets are available online only. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Friday, November 3 at 10 a.m., at lutherburbankcenter.org, Without the options to buy in person or by phone, all internet fees will be waived until the ticket office is re-opened.

Beginning November 6, tickets may also be purchased by calling 707-546-3600 or in person at the ticket office (open daily at noon) at 50 Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa.

Easton Corbin

With two #1 singles, multiple awards and nominations, plus performances on some of the biggest stages in the world, Mercury Nashville's Easton Corbin has made a lasting impression on the country music landscape. He is lauded for his traditional country sound, authentic lyrics and mastery of understatement. American Songwriter raved, "Easton Corbin has one of those rare, glorious voices that was made--just made--for singing country music." His self-titled debut album released in 2010 and spawned back-to-back hits "A Little More Country Than That," and "Roll With It;" making him the first country male artist in 17 years to have his first two consecutive singles reach #1. Corbin spent 2016 on one of the biggest tours in country music - Carrie Underwood's "The Storyteller Tour." Corbin is currently in the studio working on new music for his fourth studio album.

Formed in 1995, GRAMMY Award-nominated multiplatinum Mississippi rock band 3 Doors Down consistently captivates audiences worldwide. The quintet's many accolades include selling 16 million albums globally, receiving three Grammy nominations, winning two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting-including "Songwriter of the Year." Their debut "The Better Life," became certified six-times RIAA platinum in 2000 and was fueled by the success of juggernaut hit "Kryptonite." This was followed by 2002's sophomore album, "Away from the Sun," which went triple-platinum and saw similar success with "When I'm Gone" and "Here Without You." 2005's platinum "Seventeen Days" and 2008's "3 Doors Down" each earned #1 debuts on the Billboard Top 200, while "Time of My Life" landed at #3 in 2011. Iconic crooner Johnny Mathis returns to Luther Burbank Center for the Arts to celebrate 60 years of hits. The world's most romantic singer will perform the greatest hits throughout his entire career, including "Chances Are," "It's Not for Me to Say," "Misty," "Twelfth of Never," "Wonderful! Wonderful!" and many more. For 60 years, Mathis has been a giant in the music industry - a platinum-selling hit-maker and one of the most accomplished and durable interpreters of American song. The recipient of a Lifetime Achievement GRAMMY Award and an inductee in the Great American Songbook Hall of Fame, he is "The Voice of Romance."

Since then, Shimabukuro has covered everyone from Miles Davis to Jimi Hendrix, and has stayed faithful to the heart of the instrument. Widespread acclaim brought him high-visibility collaborations with a wide variety of artists included Yo-Yo Ma, Jimmy Buffet, Bette Midler, Cyndi Lauper, Ziggy Marley and Dave Koz among many others. Shimabukuro has a rich and varied catalog of albums showcasing the many moods of the uke and has sold-out prestigious venues such as Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center and the Sydney Opera House and festivals around the world. After touring across North America, Europe and Asia, Shimabukuro comes to Santa Rosa for a great night to catch four strings, two octaves, and some really great picking.
