DJs Oliver Heldens, Connor Cruise and More to Kick Off 2016 at Temple Nightclub

Temple Nightclub, the Bay Area's only nightclub to be placed on the Nightclub & Bar's Top 100 list, has announced an epic lineup of both veteran and up-and-coming DJs to kick off the New Year. Since its reconceptualization in December 2014, Temple Nightclub features an immersive experience created with intelligent LED lighting and has made its way becoming the top grossing nightclub in the San Francisco.

January events will include:

Oliver Heldens

Date: Friday, Jan. 1

Event Info: Oliver Heldens kicks off the one year anniversary of Temple's eco-friendly re-launch with a special performance. Heldens began his career in 2013 and has since worked alongside major artists including Ti?sto and Zeds Dead. The DJ was ranked number 34 on DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs of 2014 and his recent singles include "Melody" and "Bunnydance."

Triple XL

Date: Saturday, Jan. 2

Event Info: DJ Triple XL currently mixes for Los Angeles' number one hit music station, 102.7 KIIS-FM, in addition to his various residencies across the United States and abroad. Triple XL has personally DJ'ed for artists including the Jonas Brothers and Diddy, along with opening for top artists such as Jay Z, Snoop Dogg and Ciara.

BURNS

Date: Friday, Jan. 8

Event Info: Known for his songs, "Y.S.L.M. (You Stopped Loving Me)," "Iced Out" and "Lies," DJ BURNS has performed all over the world. He joined Calvin Harris on his UK tour and opened for Deadmau5 every show on his U.S. 30-day tour. His hit single, "Lies," peaked at number 32 on the UK Singles Chart and number 36 in the Netherlands.

Eva Shaw

Date: Saturday, Jan. 9

Event Info: The Canadian native began her career headlining top New York City nightclubs. She now performs across North America in front of tens of thousands of fans, including a residency at Hakkasan in Las Vegas. Her first single, "Charizma," was signed by Calvin Harris's label "Fly Eye" and her other hit tracks, "Get Down" and "Space Jungle" topped Beatport's Top Ten charts.

Fergie DJ

Date: Friday, Jan. 15

Event Info: With three American residencies, Wet Republic in Las Vegas, HQ nightclub in Atlantic City and Hakkasan in Las Vegas, Fergie DJ is known for his ability to tailor his performances to each unique audience. The artist remains the highest new entry of all time on DJ Magazine's "Top 100 DJs" poll and he is often recognized for his abilities to remix a diverse range of artists. He is known for his top hits, "Deception," "Hoovers & Horns," "The Bass EP" and his most recent track, "Perfect Night."

FTampa

Date: Saturday, Jan. 16

Event Info: Brazilian native, FTampa has performed all across Brazil and the world. Performing at the first-ever Rock In Rio Las Vegas and Tomorrowland Brazil festivals, the artist has captured the support of top DJs including Hardwell, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Ti?sto and more. His hit single, "Strike It Up," reached number one on Beatport's Top Ten chart.

Bingo Players

Date: Friday, Jan. 22

Event Info: Originally a duo including Maarten Hoogstraten and Paul Bäumer, Hoogstraten continued Bingo Players after Bäumer passed away in 2013. Known for their hit songs "Cry (Just a Little)" and "Rattle," the group's songs topped the charts in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and other parts of Europe and Asia. In 2013, Bingo Players were included in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs list.

Tigerlily

Date: Saturday, Jan. 23

Event Info: The Australian native has consistently been voted one of Australia's top 5 DJs and the number one female DJ three years running. The artist was handpicked as one of Ti?sto's main support acts in Asia and the U.S. and has continually performed at venues such as Hakkasan in Las Vegas, Echostage in Washington D.C., as well as many European music festivals. This year, her hit single, "Paradise," hit the top 50 on iTunes Australian charts.

Connor Cruise

Date: Friday, Jan. 29

Event Info: The son of actor Tom Cruise will celebrate his 21st birthday with a special DJ set at Temple. Cruise has worked on mixes with GRAMMY-nominated producer and DJ, Andy Caldwell, and Black Eyed Peas DJ and producer, Poet. The artist's remix of "Feed me Diamonds" by MNDR was featured on David Letterman. Cruise has also worked on remixes with famous artists such as the Veronicas.


Presale tickets will be available prior to each event starting at $15, while admission at the door starts at $30. Temple Nightclub is located in the SOMA at 540 Howard Street, just steps away from Moscone Center. Open Thursday from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. and Friday through Saturday from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., Temple is the nation's first award-winning "green" venue to host world-class nightlife entertainment with an immersive audio-visual environment.
