A Las Vegas-Based Organic Juice Company Opens This Summer

Juice NV, a Las Vegas-based premium raw and organic juice company, to debut a line of cold-pressed juices, nutritional cleanses and made-to-order superfood smoothies to local residents this summer. Partners Alain Palinsky (co-founder of the well-known Juice Press, in New York City), and Executive Chef Jermaine Jonas (genius behind the menu creations at Juice Press); have teamed-up with Las Vegas nightlife mainstays Alex Cordova and Joe Lopez, on their first West Coast operation.

Serving as more than just a juice company, Juice NV will also be a retail food market, offering a variety of freshly-prepared gourmet foods, available for takeout. Helping establish the kitchens at New York eateries Organic Avenue and Pure Food and Wine, Jonas now spends his time traveling the country, helping celebrities and influencers transform their lifestyles, with his raw vegan cuisine. These days, Jonas is also spending a significant amount of time in Las Vegas, developing menus for Juice NV, utilizing the farm-to-table resources available to consumers in the Las Vegas valley.
