Our readers will like to know that Walmart is bringing together fashion with recycling and social responsibility. Last year, Americans used about 50 billion plastic water bottles but the United States recycles only about 23% percent of its plastics. Walmart's Time & Tru Women's High Rise Skinny Ankle Jean are made with a special fabric consisting of recycled water bottles and they come in sizes 2 to 20.
