Links TapRoom to Launch Brunch Service on Super Bowl Sunday

Links TapRoom - an All-American craft beer and sausage focused neighborhood bar from owner/beer director Michael Quinlan and managing partner Cary Michael located at 1559 N Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park - will launch its brunch service for the Super Bowl from 10:30am until 3pm on February 2.

Links will also serve brunch after this weekend when they open at 11:30am on Saturdays and 10:30am on Sundays. Brunch on Super Bowl Sunday and on future Saturdays and Sundays will run until 3pm. Links' full regular menu of sausages and bar snacks will also be served at the same time as its brunch menu. The Links brunch menu and regular food menu is attached to this press release.

The brunch menu for Links from consulting chef Joe Pierro of Big Onion Tavern Group and Lance Avery of Big Fork Brands (bigforkbrands.com) is below:

Fat Man In A Bath Tub (sliced breakfast sausage fried in waffle batter and Vermont maple syrup) $7

Biscuits & Gravy (bacon & cheddar biscuits and rosemary Italian sausage gravy) $8

Type 2 Fries (handcut fries, sausage gravy, sunny-side up eggs, pickled jalapeños) $8

TapRoom Pop-Tarts (pastry shell filled with bacon apple butter and topped with candied bacon and meringue) $7

Links Breakfast Sandwich (breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, beer cheese sauce, roasted red peppers) $7

Granola (with yogurt and strawberries) $6

Guests can also add scrambled eggs or sausage gravy to any of the "Classic Links" on the Links regular food menu (Chicago Steak & Ale, Bratwurst, Sweet Italian, 3 Chile Chorizo, Chicken, Smoked Polish, Vegan) for an additional $1 each during brunch hours.
