Bar of the Week: OCEAN PRIME in Midtown has Special Summer Friday Happy Hour

The Lounge at Ocean Prime New York, located in Midtown, introduces their "Thank Goodness it's Summer Friday" #tgisf Happy Hour every Friday through September 2nd. They are offering $1 Oysters, $10 Sushi Rolls and a specialty house cocktail of the day for $10. For those that prefer bubbly, have a glass of Veuve Chicquot or Moet Imperial champagne for $10. Finish your work week in true style at Ocean Prime's sleek, spacious bar and lounge as you kick back, relax, and enjoy summer in the city. Even better, the Happy Hour menu starts early at 2:00 pm and goes right up to 11:00 pm.

To give you some idea of the great sushi menu that is available, rolls include the "Prime Roll" with Tempura Shrimp, cream cheese, scallion and Beef Carpaccio or their Lobster Roll with poached lobster tail, kiwi, pickled mango, sweet peppers, cilantro and sesame ginger vinaigrette.

Their "Cocktail of the Day" will include selections like "Gin Blossom" with gin, Yellow Chartreuse, fresh lemon, egg white, sparkling wine and Chinese bitters or their "Kentucky Rose" with bourbon, fresh mint, house made grenadine and cherry bark vanilla bitters. You won't want to miss house favorites like their "Berries & Bubbles" with citrus vodka, marinated berries, house made sour, and Domaine Chandon Brut or their "Whiskey Clover" with whiskey, honey water and fresh squeezed lemon and orange.
