While a live jazz band sets a rhythmic mood, more than 100 diners will sample a menu, which featuressmoked trout, smoked salmon, avocados, lemons and walnuts. The menu for this event includes dishes that offer nutritional benefits, including high-quality protein, dietary fiber, antioxidants, omega-3 and fatty acids.

Also throughout the weekend, Foods from Chile will spice up the NYCWFF's trademark all-day Grand Tasting event, where attendees can sample bites from New York City's top restaurants and chefs, indulge in samplings of fine wine and spirits, and check out grand culinary brands serving everything from sweet to savory.

At the Foods from Chile demonstration, culinary enthusiasts will be treated to nutritious samples of Chilean delights and other giveaways. Serving Up Help for the Hungry

More than 10,000 passionate gourmands will nibble and imbibe their way through Midtown for the four-day Festival that brings together international culinary icons and America's most beloved TV chefs. The NYCWFF benefits the Food Bank For New York City and Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign. Since the Festival was established in 2008, more than
$6 million has been raised for these organizations, with 100 percent of net proceeds going to connecting families in need with food and teaching them how to cook healthy, affordable meals at home.

"Foods from Chile is delighted to sponsor the Festival," said Pedro Pablo Aresti, trade commissioner, ProChile New York. "In addition to introducing Chilean foods to some of the world's most discriminating palates, we're proud to support efforts to stamp out hunger.
Chile is a fertile producer of some of the world's most nutritious ingredients, and we're committed to the idea that families should have access to the healthy foods they need, every day."
