Boston, MA -- Considered by many as one of the first people to revive classic cocktails, Boston native Brother Cleve will join the talented bartenders at Empire Asian Restaurant & Lounge for an unforgettable evening. On Monday, Feb. 17, the renowned mixologist and musician/DJ, will guest bartend for Empire's weekly "industry night" to serve some of his signature cocktails, demonstrate his skills and entertain the crowd for a night of tiki-inspired fun.

Brother Cleve's special tropical-themed cocktails will include the "Cactus Flower," which combines Prickly Pear, with orange, lime and pineapple juices with four different rums; and the "Brass Monkey" which consists of vodka, light rum, Galliano and orange juice. Guests will also enjoy Executive Chef Kevin Long's $25 unlimited sushi menu and $25 pupu platters, while DJ Costa sets the mood by spinning the tunes all night long.

Empire is located at One Marina Park Drive on Boston's waterfront. Doors open at 5 p.m. and Brother Cleve will be on the bar beginning at 8 p.m. For more information, go to www.empireboston.com or call 617.295.0001 for reservations.
