Take Control of Your Health and Wellness Using 'The FLog Journal' Angela M. Landeros explains how tracking and changing what one eats can reduce inflammation throughout the body and promote good health in her new food journal, “The FLog Journal: A Six-Month Food Journey for Those Who Want to Feel Amazing Every Day” (published by Archway Press).

Landeros learned about the use of food as medicine through her experience having multiple sclerosis. “The FLog Journal” is based on how she used food to reverse her autoimmune disease. The journal guides the reader to use non-inflammatory food as the body’s weapon against sickness. The reader will learn to eat what benefits the whole body.

The system uses a daily score for a report card. It tracks food and liquid consumption, amount of sleep and the quality of it, exercise achievements, bowel movements and what the symptoms are during the day. Supplements and/or medications as well as general habits and thoughts can be tracked as well.

“This book uses a simple but impactful point system to measure how much inflammatory food and substances you put in your body,” Landeros says. “Anyone can turn their health around and it is in their power to do so. You just have to make good choices, ‘The FLog Journal’ will show you how, but it’s up to you!”
