The Broadway Experience is an international musical theatre program designed to create triple threat performers. Now running both a three day winter intensive and a two week summer program, students will undergo an intense study of dance, voice and acting along with a major performance opportunity with current Broadway professionals and incredible master teachers. Students will become stronger, more dynamic performers, preparing themselves for a professional career at the highest level. Founder & Director, Ben Hartley.

The Broadway Experience three day winter intensive will commence on Friday, February 19, 2011 and end on Monday, February 21, 2011.

The Broadway Experience two week summer program will commence on Monday, July 25, 2011 and end on Sunday, August 7, 2011 and will be held at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street, New York, NY 10023.

Past faculty and special guests included: Kristin Chenoweth (Promises, Promises), Faith Prince (Billy Elliot), Baayork Lee (A Chorus Line), Norm Lewis (The Little Mermaid), Karen Ziemba (Curtains), Casey Nicholaw (The Drowsy Chaperone), Charlie Alterman (Next To Normal), Steven Malone (Leap of Faith). Sandy Faison (Annie), Julie Barnes (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), Bahiyah Sayyed Gaines (Rock of Ages), Ron De Jesus (Movin' Out), J.T. Egan (The Little Mermaid), Matt Loher (Elf), and Luis Salgado (In the Heights), Alex Sanchez (Fosse), Amy Hall (Fosse), Daniel Watts (In The Heights), Derrick Baskin (Memphis) and Robert Creighton (Chicago). Broadway Associate Choreographers and Directors also on the faculty included Jen Bender (The Lion King), Brian Hill (The Little Mermaid), Josh Rhodes (Drowsey Chaperone), Ginger Thatcher (Oklahoma), and Tara Young (The Little Mermaid). Ben Hartley, Founder & Director of The Broadway Experience, has been seen on Broadway in Lucy Prebble's Enron, The Little Mermaid, Swan Lake, Fiddler on the Roof, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the City Center Encores! staging of Follies. His other theatrical credits include Cats, Fosse, Cinderella, The Carman, The Most Happy Fella, Pirates and Hello, Dolly! Hartley has also performed with the Met Opera Ballet and the English National Ballet.
