Annie Celebrates Reagle Opening

The cast of the Reagle Players' production of the ever-popular Charles Strouse/Martin Charnin musical Annie celebrated its official opening on July 11 at the Robinson Theatre in Waltham, Massachusetts. Directed by the original Broadway "Rooster" Bob Fitch who reprises his villainous song and dance role for this production, the timeless and tuneful show based on the Harold Gray comic strip "Little Orphan Annie" also stars local actress Isabelle Miller as Annie, Terry Runnells as Oliver Warbucks, Sarah Pfisterer as Grace Farrell, Beverly Ward as Lily St. Regis, former WBZ-TV news anchor Scott Wahle as FDR, and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Sally Struthers as Miss Hannigan. Oliver, who was discovered at the Paws to Love Adoption Group of New York in 2007, appears as Sandy.

Annie continues through July 19 with performances Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 to $49 for adults ($1.00 off for seniors), and $25 for youths five and older. To order call 781-891-5600 or visit www.reagleplayers.com.
