Longwood Players Present SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD, 5/4-12
It's about one moment.
It's about hitting the wall and having to make a choice, or take a stand, or turn around and go back.
These are the words of Jason Robert Brown, the composer and lyricist of one of today's contemporary classics, Songs for a New World. With an exquisitely crafted score spanning a range of musical genres, the show features the stories and characters of today told through song. The cast comprises Michael Chateauneuf, Miriam Cross, Michael Gallagan, Kevin Hanley, Katie Pickett, and Renée Saindon. The show is directed and music directed by Jason Luciana, the IRNE-nominated music director of last year's highly acclaimed The Secret Garden.
Tickets are $16-25 per person, with a $3 student/senior discount. For more information please visit our website or purchase tickets online right now. Tickets can also be bought via phone at 1.800.595.4TIX or at the box office 45 minutes before curtain.
