Elements Theatre Company honors the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare's death with Labyrinth: A Legacy of Language, Friday & Saturday, April 22 & 23. This original work highlights themes of revenge and forgiveness in an homage to Shakespeare's genius. Through expressions of the human heart that echo the Bard's own masterful renderings of humanity - Labyrinth includes scenes, sonnets, and reflections or thoughts by playwrights influenced by Shakespeare. Tom Stoppard, Tennessee Williams, Henrik Ibsen, Anton Chekhov, C. S. Lewis, and Oscar Wilde all lend their voices in this tribute - highlighted with works by Shakespeare himself, including Much Ado About Nothing, Hamlet, King Lear, Titus Andronicus, and The Tempest.

Elements gives literary lovers, Shakespeare fans, and theatregoers a rich taste of Shakespeare's legacy of language. The play will be held Friday & Saturday, April 22 & 23 at Paraclete House at the Community of Jesus, Rock Harbor, Orleans. Dr. Kathryn M. Moncrief, Professor and Chair of English at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, will give a pre-show lecture beginning half an hour before each performance.
