Auditions to Be Held for JOY UNBOUNDED: A Gilbert & Sullivan Jubilee August 29 at Conduit Center
Cotuit Center for the Arts will hold open auditions for JOY UNBOUNDED: A Gilbert & Sullivan Jubilee, an original piece featuring the music of Gilbert & Sullivan, conceived and directed by Laura Gardner. Auditions will be held on August 29 from 11am-1pm, August 30 from 1pm-4pm and September 2 at 7pm with callbacks scheduled on September 3 at 7pm. Auditions will be held at the arts center located at 4404 Falmouth Road, Rte. 28 in Cotuit.
Casting is available for 12 singers; all vocal ranges. Those who audition will be asked to sing a prepared Gilbert & Sullivan piece that showcases their capacity and are asked to bring their own sheet music. Music director Geraldine Bowles will accompany all singers.
