Yes, all seats are $39 for the first preview, but as some of you know there will be 39 tickets priced at $39 for every performance of the 39 Steps at the Cort. I bought mine last night and it seems like it is selling well. I am not sure they are going to have rush or not, but if anyone is interested go to broadwayoffers.com and use the code 39FOR39.
