I've never done it, but I can't imagine her rushing past people and ignoring them.
Any time I have ever seen her, she has been kind and gracious. We were even on the same flight once. No one bothered her on the plane, but at the baggage claim, she chatted with everyone who approached her.
Annoying, yes, but she's kind.
