This guy has got a great voice! No one ever talks about him. lol. Just thought I say that. And does anyone know if he is leaving the show anytime soon? I heard he was, but my friend could be wrong.
I don't know if he's leaving anytime soon but I'd like to echo your sentiments. I think he's got a great voice but he's never mentioned. It's a shame because he left an impression on me.
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
He's got a great sound, but he does tend to go flat in places. Just an observation. (On the other hand, Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele are sharp a lot! Haha.)
Brian tends to get lost in the background of all the FANGIRL adoration of JGROFF, JGALLS, and the rest of the boys. But what a set of pipes on this guy, he can belt. I sat next to his Dad on Tony day-{The MAtinee of the Show} and we had a great conversation about how proud he is of his son. Brian you Rock!!
My favorite lines of his in a song are "just the bitch" when he raises... I love the edge he gives to it.
that being said, he went way flat during his solo in "Touch Me" on the Rosy O'Donnel show. I wasn't fortunate enough to see him live, because Matt Doyle was understudying that night.
He is hoping to play the part of Otto on the tour, or possibly take over the role of Moritz once john leaves around November, unless he extends. This is why she told me after going out to dinner with him after one of the performances.

I can't see Brian as Gallagher's replacement...After the great vibes/reviews Gerard is getting, he may be more in the running-or they may go with a brand new FACE-Swings are generally harder to replace that featured roles.
