Hi, Queenie. I haven't seen this show in several years, but generally, it's revue-ish, so every song pretty much stands alone. You have all the information you need on the character within the lyrics. This is, as you might have figured out, one of the more comical of the songs from the show, so have fun with it.

the show is a cast of 2 men and 2 woman simply called man 1, man 2, woman 1, woman 2. This is a show that is made up of sketches and songs all dealing with relationships and the progression of different relationships. It's not a book show that I could say this is what happens that makes woman 1 sing the song. I am sitting at work and don't really remember the order of the show but I hope this helps a little.

Oh! I sang this song a few years back. It's a lot of fun and everyone in the audience always likes it...which is a blessing and a curse. Sometimes I still get people coming up to me and singing it or Taylor the Latte Boy (the song I sang the next year; the director apparently thinks I'm funny). I kind of want to stab both songs now. haha

Have fun with it!
