How is the 4th tier seating? Is it too high up?

Would you say $12 dollar student rush seats up there are worth it?

Thanks.

I saw Les Mis up there.

It's fine. Far. But 12 is worth it.

Thanks!

Will I be able to see their faces fairly well, or will I just be looking at the top of their heads?

You can see their faces.

Which show is it?

CHICAGO. It's coming in March, and would love to see the touring cast. So I figured you can't beat seeing the show for 12 bucks.

I'm assuming their student rush will be available.. (their site says student rush isn't available for everything.)

I've sat up there for orchestra concerts and the sound travels well to the higher climes. For a stage muscial you might want to bring binoculars.

IMHO NJPAC is a horrid place to see a Broadway tour. I saw Les Miz from 3rd tier. I think I saw it. The action seemed far, far away.If you can swallow up a show as large and sweeping as Les Miz the theater is too big!
On the other hand for $12, what have you got to lose

It's not an ideal space to see a large production, but at that price it's great.

They also have a mailing list with extra discounts.

I didn't know about the $10 Cats tickets... I may have to check that out. My one time seeing Cats was a nightmare that really ruined that show for me. It'd be nice to try to see it again.

Considering CHICAGO is basically presented as a concert, I'm assuming it should be okay sitting that high?

What night are you going, ljay?

I'll be there opening night (March 28 -- also my birthday), but I'll be in house seats. You must say hi if we're there the same night! re: For Those Who Have Been To NJPAC..?
