Can I audition for Equity shows that are mentioned on for example playbill or whatever although I am non-equity?

If I decide to go, should I let them know that I'm non-equity?

Help?

Lots of threads on this. Yes, you can audition but be prepared to wait. Get there early to put your name on a list. If they see all the equity performers and still have time, they will see you.
