Yes, it was a repeat, and Jerry Orbach was also in the episode that follows this one. More scenes from future shows were shot, but will probably not be used. In his last episode aired, in his final scene, sadly, his voice was so shot he could only manage a whisper. The scene was relocated to outside a courtroom so that everyone else had to whisper, too.
Loved this particular ep, though, as Bebe got to role reverse her bit in Chicago. Instead of being the dense chorus girl (Roxy) being coached through her testimony, she got to play the lawyer. Bet she had fun with that.
