I was genuinely curious how we here on the message board fall into the realm of broadway. Let me continue... I was wondering which of the following you are, and hope that as many people as possible would share their response. Are you: 1) Working in Professional theatre (on broadway or in regional theatre) 2) Perform/Work in Community Theatre (and your career is not theatre based) 3) "Retired" from performing/working, but was once in category 1 4) A student or otherwise trying to break into Professional Theatre as an actor/singer/designer/technician, etc. 5) Just a huge fan and loyal supporter of Broadway
Personally, I fall into #4. Would you all share where you fit? If you fall into #1 or #3 and wish not to comment, that's fine! And if there is a category not for you, feel free to add. Many thanks, david.
Yep- #4. I do a lot of community theater, and lessons all that hoopla. Although I'm not quite trying to get my big break YET. I will be soon. I'm still pretty young, and I'm still training to really perfect what I can do.
sorta fit #2 (sometimes just attending can be real work!)
hope to always be #4 (except for the "breaking in" part)
indubitably #5

P.S. Rob Guru, kindly don't use this thread as demographics to lure advertisers! no pop-ups! no pop-ups!
Seriously, it's amazing how you keep this huge thing working without more advertising. We are not worthy.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
