Just learned of Gregory Peck's passing. What a great actor and human being. He was always one of the best in the biz and although he hasn't done much in recent years his legacy will live on. What a class act.

Gregory Peck's Broadway debut was in the play, The Morning Star, in around 1942. He was probably most well known for his Oscar winning performance in To Kill a Mockingbird in 1962. A Link to his Biography is attached:

My perfect day would begin at on the beach in Hana, Maui and end at a Broadway Musical.

Sort of a double whammy today, as I saw that David Brinkley also passed away. Both men were giants in their fields and will be sorely missed.

It's quite a shame about both of them. I loved "To Kill a Mockingbird" and I liked David Brinkley's wit quite a bit.

What a pity that we have lost 3 wonderful people in the past week. My deepest condolences to all of the families.
