They used to when they were at the Winter Garden, but I'm not sure about now!
In summer 2019 I got a 43$ rush ticket (was extremely far left orchestra, partial view) and I remember kind of regretting it because the view was extremely poor/obstructed... The set was very elaborate and is definitely something you want to see from head-on rather than from an extreme side view... If it's a show you REALLY want to see, I'd recommend paying the TKTS prices, because at least then you know you're going to have a decent view.
But if you have your mind set on a rush ticket, I'd recommend trying your luck and going to the box office 30 minutes before opening! The worst that could happen is you don't get it and try your luck for a different show, or walk over to the TKTS booth!

I don't think there's a formal rush policy. However, in early May I went to the box office an hour before curtain and asked what the inexpensive options were. I was offered a $50 ticket, center mid-orchestra, few seats in on the aisle. Great view. I think if you ask they'll have something to offer.
