Travel troubles

I had a customer today that spent his holiday vacation in the Reno/Tahoe area, their power went down days before they were leaving and there was no skiing because of excess snow.  Virginia may have just had the worst traffic jam I've ever seen.  What awaits this Mia/NY traveler this coming weekend?  Stay healthy Company, please.
