I simply cannot wait for this!  i have lost count on how many times I have seen all the I Love Lucy episodes.  Even if this is an epic fail, I get to see Nina Arianda as Ethel! Agggh…Tillie hold me back!

In theaters 12/10, on Prime12/21.

Nina Arianda as Vivian Vance, who played Lucy’s neighbor Ethel on I Love Lucy

Tony Hale as Jess Oppenheimer, I Love Lucy’s head writer and producer

Alia Shawkat as Madelyn Pugh, an I Love Lucy writer

Jake Lacy (who convincingly played Shane, the arrogant honeymooner in The White Lotus) as Bob Carroll Jr., another I Love Lucy writer

Also in the cast are Clark Gregg, John Rubinstein, Linda Lavin, Robert Pine, and Christopher Denham.

Written and directed by Aaron Sorkin!  Yes, I am clutching pearls.
