HipTix Gold Question

For HipTix Gold @ Roundabout - can anyone confirm if its valid for a year from purchase, calendar year, or theater season?

I want to purchase so I can have a good chance at Caroline or Change if it actually happens.

Most things like that are from the purchase date. The Roundabout Site doesn't refer to it as a seasonal offering, so I'd be surprised if this wasn't from the date of purchase.

it's a year from date of purchase

signed, someone who got hiptix gold for the initial run of caroline and will have to get it again for the new one

Have you called/emailed Roundabout about this? I'd think they might be willing to help you in some way if you explain the situation. Especially if you signed up for it shortly before the shutdown, and didn't actually get to use it.

good idea, I'll try getting in touch once dates are set and tickets go onsale again... I do understand the terms of the program, but also Roundabout is loaded so they should be able to be lenient here
