The email that I received about my suspended shows says "The Telecharge Call Center is closed until further notice, by order of NY state. If you need help, email tickets@telecharge.com and allow at least 3-5 business days for our limited staff to reply."

Thank you. No idea why I got this email. It has to be an error but if I won something they should give me something when the shutdown is over
