Hello everybody,

I am taking a directing class and I need to direct a 2 person scene that is 5-7 minutes long from a published play. I need help finding a 2 person scene. I want to find a comedic scene with 2 females in it. The age range can be from 15 - 30 years old. I am honestly struggling with finding one that I actually enjoy. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Thats 3 women....doubt you'd find a 5 minute stretch with only 2.

You can do Jordan Catalano's redux of The Anarchist

What about the Gwendolen/Cecily scene from The Importance of Being Earnest?

There's a short play I'm stage managing soon called Beauty by Jane Martin, it has two women and meets the time requirement. It's not my favorite play, but it fits your category well.
