Theatrical Questionnaire for Research

Hello everyone,

I am working on a research project for school that explores why people attend dramatic plays in the United States. I am trying to find what emotions participants have experienced while watching plays and how the experience of watching a play differs from watching a movie. I have written two questionnaires on why people attend dramatic plays. These will supplement interviews I am conducting. 

The first questionnaire is for people who have watched dramatic plays and have some experience participating in theater. This can be any involvement, which would include acting, directing, set design, lighting, etc.

The second questionnaire is for anyone who has attended dramatic plays, whether they have prior experience participating in theatre or not. This questionnaire has different questions than the first questionnaire. Thus, people with experience participating in theatre may fill out both.

I would appreciate anybody that would assist with this research. I will not be asking for any personal information as I only need data to support my research. I will only be asking about age and gender and those are voluntary questions.
